Scratch Level 3 - Pong

1. I could not figure out which was the best speed for the ball. I tested a few numbers and stuck with 7 as a starting speed.

2. I switched the background and I added an effect where the background is changing colors. I feel that it would make the game more eye catching and adding a color effect code would be easier that making more costumes.
